Cogent Industrial Partners are in the final stages of planning, engineering, block planning, building layout, marketing and sale lease of a 2,920 acre master planned industrial/technology business park in Northern Indiana. This represents phase 1 of a four phase plan to develop high-quality advanced manufacturing operations. The business park offers significant road, rail and very high speed Internet backbone within a right to work state. Phase 1 is intended to be delivered and built out over the next 2 to 5 years with successive phases to follow.
History
St Joseph County embarked upon a five-year plan to secure and rezone farmland followed by an investment of millions of dollars in infrastructure. IEC Business Park is intended for advanced manufacturing, conventional manufacturing and logistics businesses. Final project is being introduced to market and will attract well-paying jobs and significant capital.
