Fresh Egg Processing Facility
Cogent Industrial Partners has been selected to acquire, entitle and build a state of the art 80,000 SF Food processing facility upon a 17 acre site in Texas. Site allows for future expansion. Client is national leader in food processing and packaging. We secured EDC and other grant / tax abatement funding for the client. Construction to commence in 4th Q 2021.
History
The Client’s 4 US factories were unable to sustain increased demand for product. A new Texas based factory made the most sense. Cogent Industrial Partners participated with the city’s economic development agency and secured $1,000,000 in funding/ tax credits for adding jobs to the local economy. We also secured reduced utilities and property taxes costs for between 7-10 years.
