Cogent Industrial Partners is in the final stages of planning, engineering and engagement of a joint air cargo business development agreement with a major Midwest international airport. The scope of the engagement is to master plan and build on airport air cargo and non-air cargo facilities for lease to growing US and foreign occupiers. In conjunction with delivery of class A warehousing, we will be capable of offering FTZ, border-secure and tarmac to building loading capabilities. All within an international airport fence line.
History
The undisclosed Airport Authority concluded several studies aimed at increasing air cargo traffic in order to meet the burgeoning growth of e-commerce and traditional shipping platforms. Further, the Airport Authority determined 500 acres of airport land is available for development into this logistics and warehouse business park.
