Cogent Industrial Partners’ manager, Brian Corrigan, has 30 years CRE experience; asset acquisition, disposition, lease negotiation and transaction process. Significant experience in leadership, Industrial site planning, ground-up Industrial property development, negotiation of ground lease transactions, partnership and loan portfolios.

Past clients include major American corporations; Xerox, Rockwell International, Boeing, Scholastic Books, Wells Fargo, Key Bank, US Postal Service, various government agencies and private entities. Additional experience summarized to include; property advisory, strategic planning, license agreements, valuation of Industrial property and limited partnership interests. Experience with balance sheet loans, CMBS origination, default and resolution process.

Jerry Holdner

Jerry Holdner has over 25 years’ experience in commercial real estate market research, asset underwriting, market reporting analysis, database creation, data collection, maintenance, and data contract negotiations. He has created and supervised market research divisions for multiple commercial real estate brokerage firms.

He has significant qualifications in leadership, market research, database development/data collection and maintaining public relations via multiple media outlets. Mr. Holdner is proficient in financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, research methods and strategic planning, and has published and distributed quarterly commercial real estate market reports for over 20 years. He is frequently interviewed for all major real estate publications.

Mr. Holdner is a graduate of California State University of Fullerton with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Real Estate, holds a Master’s degree in Business from Chapman University, and has been a board member of Chapman University Economic Advisory Board since 2007

Pete Beauchamp

Mr. Beauchamp represents a wide variety of clients in the marketing and disposition of commercial assets throughout the western region. Noted as an expert strategist and transactional advisor with a deep understanding of capital markets, he is regularly referred into assignments by the industry’s most respected financial institutions, private equity funds, special servicers, receivers and attorneys to formulate and execute sale marketing plans aimed at optimizing value.

Pete also leads transaction teams responsible for underwriting, valuing, and negotiating for the acquisition and/or dispositions of real estate secured loans sold by banks, insurance & finance companies and loan servicers or designated advisors. His team has also been involved in an ongoing valuation & consulting assignment for one of the nation’s largest special servicers on a significant portfolio (±$500MM) of small balance commercial properties comprised of varying property types. Other recent assignments include marketing & liquidation of multiple portfolios and associated SBLC lending license involving the federal court-appointed receiver, SEC and the SBA.

Sean Corrigan

Sean has over 20 years’ experience in the London property market. Asset evaluation, purchasing and lease transaction experience. Sean was also responsible for staff development, mentoring programs, well being and mindfulness. In addition, Sean completed a degree in law from University of Hertfordshire, with honours in 1988. Sean possesses a thorough knowledge of the Landlord and Tenant Laws, legal requirements and letting process including contracts Law and current legislation. In addition, Sean has completed as a Qualified SCRUM Master PSM 1 and provides advisory services to Cogent Industrial Partners.
